Glee Gets Two People's Choice Awards

Happy New Year everyone from Germany, too! I hope you had a good start in 2011! I know, who else had a good start: Yesterday night, Glee won two of their possible five People's Choice Awards: Favorite TV Comedy and Favorite TV Comedy Actress (Jane Lynch): In case you missed the ceremony, you can check out her acceptance speech here:

In the other two categories, they lost to Neil Patrick Harris in Favorite TV Comedy Actor (Matthew Morrison was nominated) and Demi Lovato on Grey's Anatomy in Favorite TV Guest Star where Britney Spears and Neil Patrick Harris were nominated for Glee. • The Golden Globe Awards on January 16 (Five nominations)
• The Producers Guild Awards on January 22 (One nomination for The Danny Thomas Award for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television, Comedy)
• The Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards on January 30 (Three nominations for Glee as Ensemble in a Comedy Series, Chris Colfer as Male Actor in a Comedy Series and Jane Lynch as Female Actor in a Comedy Series)
• The Grammy Awards on February 13 (Two nominations)
