That's right, Sam and Quinn.
Ryan Murphy said that he "got bored. They were just too perfect." This sounds to me more like a lack of creativity on Murphy's part as Sam and Quinn have been the only stable couple on the show, adults or clubbers.
Of course, neither of the resident hot blondes will be single for long. Sam is going to learn a little salsa and hook up with Santana (Who hasn't? Boring.) and Quinn will be taking some comfort in her newly-single ex-boyfriend Finn (more boredom ensuing). Since he thinks Sam and Quinn are too perfect, I wonder how Murphy will spice up these new boring combinations.
This shocking news brings even more questions--who will break up next? Will Rachel and Finn get back together? Who will Rachel go to? What will happen to Kurt? Will Emma and Will ever get together? How will Sue try to sabotage the Glee Club next? The answers to all these and more when Glee returns ;)
He probably won't.

A good way to spice Sam and Quinn up? BRING BACK BETH (and Shelby, of course. I admit, she's kind of who I'm more eager to see come back.) and watch Puck and Quinn bond over the baby and make Sam feel threatened/freaked out by the REALITY that Quinn had a baby as opposed to just the idea that she had one before he met her. That'd be much better.
ReplyDeleteI agree with both of you! Gigi, I have been wondering myself what has happened to little Beth and would love to see her stage a return. Something else I'd like to see...this loose end of Puck's feelings for Quinn and that they definitely had a little something (other than a bun in the oven) going on. Why does it seem, this season, like nothing ever happened between Quinn and Puck? Come on Ryan!

Anon, what I think you're missing is the fact that it does not appear that there will be a Quinn and Puck...Quinn's gonna run to Finn. Quinn and Puck FTW? More like Quinn and Puck the unexistant. Don't get your hopes up.
