I am very sad to say that sources are reporting that Cory Monteith, who has been struggling with substance abuse issues, and was in rehab earlier this year, was found dead on Saturday afternoon in a Vancouver hotel room at the age of 31.Cause of death is not yet confirmed.
RIP.
